Well Service & Maintenance

We offer service and maintenance calls year-round, Monday - Friday with the exception of a few holidays. We prioritize emergency drinking water and livestock calls and also provide emergency services for residential well repairs on weekends.

Need to schedule a service call?

Here's what to expect & What to know

  1. Contact us! You can do this through this website, email, or a phone call. This needs to be done by the property owner.
  2. Please know the address for the location to be serviced, and know if you have a 2" well (with an above ground pump) or a 4" well (usually with the pump submersed in the well). We will also ask if the well is supplying your house, livestock, or just irrigation.
  3. We will let you know the soonest date(s) we have available to service your well and confirm that you are available to meet us that day.
  4. Unfortunately, we never know how long each job will take us so we cannot schedule an exact time for the technician to arrive at your property. The technician assigned to your job will have to have an answered phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival.
  5. Our well-trained technician(s) will diagnose your well and let you know estimated repair costs. If we have all parts needed on the truck we will get it running again that day!
  6. Our technicians will collect payment for the service call fee and any additional parts or labor that were needed for your job before leaving. This would be a great time for you to ask any questions about your system also!
  7. The technicians will put into our computer system what was done at the job so that we have continuous records on your well.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between the tan colored tank and the gray/blue tank that is on my well for my house?

A: The tan colored tank with the black head and red knobs is likely your neutralizer. The tan/blue color (more commonly metal) is the pressure tank.

Q: How do I reset my control box after my well breaker has been off?

A: Press the red button underneath the metal control box, if there are two, press them one at a time, then turn breaker back on.

Q: How do I check the air pressure in my tank?

A: Turn the power off to the well, open a spigot, and wait for it to empty the tank. Then, with a tire pressure gauge check the air pressure at the valve. Most tanks will need to be around 36-38 psi empty of water, but always check the manufacturers label or contact us to have it checked if you aren't sure.

Q: How do I know what horsepower pump I have?

A: If you have a control box, the pump should match the horsepower shown on the label of the control box. If you do not have a control box, you could contact us to see if there is a record of the horsepower.

Q: How will I pay for my service call and repairs/maintenance?

A: We accept cash, check (preferred), or card, but there is a 3% card fee in person or 5% over the phone/online.
